Defined scope
A clear scope before work starts, with ownership of decisions and actions visible.
We help charities find missed Gift Aid, tidy supporter records and simplify CRM processes, so your team spends less time reconciling spreadsheets and more time on the work that matters.
The gap is rarely about donor goodwill. More often, Gift Aid declarations, donation records, online giving exports, consent data and supporter records sit in different places. When they do not join up, teams lose hours reconciling them, reports disagree and claiming with confidence gets harder.
RAAJE helps make that process clearer, more reliable and easier to run.
We review your declarations and donation records, flag donations that need an eligibility check and look for unclaimed backlog still inside HMRC’s four-year claim window. We also assess whether the Gift Aid Small Donations Scheme could apply, and document the process so you have a clear audit trail.
We clean duplicate records, flag missing or inconsistent details, organise consent and preference information and improve appeal and campaign coding, so your reports start from data you can trust.
We look at how your CRM, spreadsheets and connected systems support fundraising in practice, then improve fields, workflows, reporting and handovers. We only recommend a different setup where the current one is genuinely holding your team back.
Once your records are dependable, we help you answer the questions that matter: donor retention, recurring giving, appeal performance, supporter engagement and where follow-up effort will count most.
We make ownership, consent records, suppression data and working processes clear, so good data practice becomes part of normal operations, not a clean-up every few years.
A focused review of your actual records and current process. We agree the scope and fee before any work starts. You receive:
If the review finds an opportunity, we can also clean the underlying records and set up a repeatable, claim-ready process.
RAAJE can prepare and submit your Gift Aid claims once the appropriate HMRC authorisation is in place. You keep oversight of every claim, and HMRC pays your charity directly.
A new system is not automatically the answer. We use what already works first, then improve or replace only what is getting in the way.
If you would like a system built around your supporter relationships, explore RAAJE CRM. It keeps contacts, companies, opportunities, activities and follow-up in one supported place. RAAJE Email Go covers straightforward newsletters, and RAAJE Email adds campaigns, forms, segments and automated journeys. RAAJE Knowledge gives your team one structured home for processes, guides and onboarding. Our pricing page shows what each app includes.
Charity data problems rarely belong to one system or one team. We connect the operational, technology and communication pieces around the outcome you need, and keep ownership clear.
A clear scope before work starts, with ownership of decisions and actions visible.
Recommendations based on your current systems and capacity, with no requirement to replace a platform that is already doing its job.
Clear reporting for staff, leadership and trustees, without unnecessary technical language.
Supporter records are personal data, and we treat them that way. Before we see any records, we agree in writing what we will access and why, how it will be protected, how long we will keep it and how it is returned or deleted when the work ends. We only use the data the work needs, and you stay in control of it throughout.
For eligible donations, Gift Aid lets a charity claim an extra 25p for every £1 donated by a qualifying UK taxpayer. The donor must make a valid Gift Aid declaration and the donation must meet HMRC’s rules.
HMRC says a claim must generally be made within four years of the end of the financial period in which the donation was received. The exact period depends on how the charity is constituted.
It lets eligible charities claim a Gift Aid-style top-up on small cash and contactless donations of £30 or less, without an individual declaration. The standard limit is £8,000 of donations per tax year, subject to eligibility, matching and connected-charity rules.
We review your Gift Aid declarations, donation records and supporter data, estimate any potential missed Gift Aid and give you a short, prioritised action plan. We agree the scope and fee before work starts.

Not necessarily. We start with the system you already have and the way your team actually works. If it can be cleaned up or configured better, that is usually preferable to migrating for the sake of it.
Yes, once the appropriate HMRC authorisation is in place. HMRC pays the charity directly.
A short explanation is enough. We will come back to you to understand the detail.
